From the very beginning, the company’s authorities have tried to ensure the inflow of the latest technologies used in the textile industry, also in the field of product quality control.

From the very beginning, the company's authorities have tried to ensure the inflow of the latest technologies used in the textile industry, also in the field of product quality control. At every stage of the production process, thanks to our experienced staff and equipped with appropriate measuring equipment, in the IMP Comfort laboratory we carry out tests every day on the physical, mechanical and functional properties of textiles and raw materials.
The most popular studies include:
  • determination of tenacity and elongation
  • determination of water permeability
  • static puncture test
  • cone drop test
  • tearing strength test
  • determination of the flammability speed
  • polymeric powders melting point determination
  • fiber length examination
  • determination of the linear mass of staple fibers
  • crimp properties tests
  • determination of the spin finish oil pickup

The company IMP Comfort has established, documented and implemented quality management system. Its effectiveness is constantly improved according to requirements of standard

Starting from the 6th of September 2020 our company has implemented in the environmental management system according to standard ISO 14001:2015. We take all the efforts in order to improve the quality of our life within our natural habitat.

The company also conducts an active research and development policy, participating in research programs in cooperation with national and European research units.

In June 2016, Comfort took part in the INNOTEXTILE sector program and received a high rating along with co-financing of a research and development project entitled: “Development of an innovative technology for producing thermoformable spatial elements based on polyester nonwovens”.
