Highly fluffy nonwovens under the trade name Ovata® / Owata® are used in the furniture industry as padding and softening layers in upholstered furniture and mattresses.
Wytwarzane z włókien poliesThey are made of polyester fiber, and they give the upholstered furniture softness and fluffiness, thus, they raise comfort. They have non-allergenic properties, and in their production the polyester fibre is used, which does not contain any prohibited chemical substances. Non-woven furniture Ovata®/Owata® are not only used in the upholstered furniture, but also garden ones, where due to its characteristics in terms of drainage, they are ideal for replacing the foam and sponge, without sacrificing seating comfort.
The binding elements are polymer resins. They provide the stability of the product with repeated washing and ironing.
