Non-woven, needled polyester or/and polypropylene fabrcis, are widely used in the automotive industry with high strength and high performance offered by a relatively low weight, among others, high sound insulation or thermal, puncture resistance, or the filter properties. These non-woven fabrcis become non-flammable or resistant to all sorts of chemical agents as a result of the application of appropriate apertures; they are applied both in the body and interior of the car; they are relatively easy to succumb to the formation and are easily recyclable in the case of destruction of the vehicle. All of these caused that the car sector implemented a non-woven needled fabrics long ago, in order to meet your needs and still appear in new places in the design of the car, where they apply.
IMP COMFORT evolved and developed the production of non-woven fabrics in two basic types:
characterised by great resisrance and very good distribution; used as shelves or racks, often as part of a veneering in visible places.
used primarily as the elements of soundproofing of the cars in the places, which are normally invisible. They provide effective acoustic barrier at relatively small weights. It is possible to cut them on mats or stick the foil or cover them with the glue.
